Smart Goals

SMART goals are very helpful in ensuring the success of the project. As a newcomer to a project management career, you may not be the person who initially set project goals, but you should be able to clarify and understand those goals. SMART goals; It helps you see the full scope of an objective, determine its feasibility, and define project success in a clear and concrete way.

As a project manager, setting meaningful metrics makes your job easier as you move the project towards the goal. In addition, by defining each element of a project goal to make it SMART, you can determine what success means for that goal and how it will be achieved.

Scope of the Project

Scope provides a clear definition and planning of the project. It means knowing exactly to whom the project will be delivered and who will use the final result.

OKRโ€™s (Objectives + Key Results)

OKRs take SMART goals a step further by combining a goal with more detailed metrics to determine a measurable outcome.
